The range of questions included measures like employee tenure and development programs and claims of code ethics violations. Of the 81 respondents (out of 100), 38 respondents had no POC on the board of directors (with one having more than 46 percent POC) and 44 percent had no women. The percentage of independent directors is low, with 44 recent having none at all.
